✅ Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in the Oil & Gas industry is mandatory.
• Supervisory and Team Lead positions: Minimum Higher National Diploma (HND) or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive Oil & Gas experience for supervisory and lead roles.
• Relevant Degree, Diploma, ITI, or Trade Certificate for technical and engineering positions.
• Strong experience in Production Operations, Process Plants, Refinery, Petrochemical, LNG, Offshore, Onshore, Maintenance, and Plant Operations.
• Experience with DCS/Control Room Operations, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and HSE standards is highly preferred.
