🎯 REQUIREMENTS
✔ Relevant experience in Facilities Management, MEP Maintenance, Healthcare Facilities, Hospitality, Commercial Buildings, or Industrial Operations
✔ Technical Diploma, ITI, Vocational Training, or Engineering Degree (as applicable)
✔ Strong troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills
✔ Knowledge of safety regulations and maintenance best practices
✔ Experience with HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, water treatment, boilers, chillers, BMS, medical gas systems, and facility operations
✔ Good communication and teamwork abilities
