🎯 Candidate Requirements
✔ Relevant Degree, Diploma, ITI, or Trade Certificate (depending on the position)
✔ Minimum 3–8+ years of relevant experience in Engineering Maintenance, Facilities Management, MEP, Industrial Maintenance, Utilities, Building Services, or Infrastructure Projects
✔ Strong knowledge of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance practices
✔ Experience with commercial buildings, industrial facilities, hospitals, airports, hotels, shopping malls, manufacturing plants, or utility infrastructure is preferred
✔ Supervisors should have proven experience in manpower management, maintenance planning, work execution, quality control, and HSE compliance
✔ Engineers should possess strong technical knowledge, project coordination skills, reporting experience, and familiarity with engineering standards
✔ HSE Officers should have experience with risk assessments, permit-to-work systems, incident investigations, toolbox talks, and safety audits
✔ Immediate joiners will be given preference
